Partnership Working

On Friday 10th April 2026, Neighbourhood Policing Team 2 worked in partnership with the Anti-Social Behaviour Action Team (ASBAT) and Manchester City Council following reports of anti-social behaviour and drug use.

The joint operation focused on three flat blocks:

 -Sheridan Court

 -Hayden Court

 -Sanderson Court

These locations had been identified due to reports of drug use within communal stairwells. Officers and partners carried out building sweeps and spoke with residents to offer reassurance, listen to concerns, and provide support.

As a result of the activity, one arrest was made and numerous stop searches were conducted.

The team will continue to work hard with our partners to combat anti-social behaviour and drug use and to keep our communities safe.
