Theft from Motor Vehicle - Raynham Street

Good afternoon residents.

Unfortunately, we have received a report of Theft from Motor Vehicle on Raynham Street, Ashton Under Lyne. The theft has occurred on the 5th November between the hours of 0400 & 0700am. The offender/s have gained entry to the vehicle by unknown means and stolen a purse from the glove box.

Please could we ask that you be extra mindful of leaving any items of value inside your vehicles, especially items that can be easily concealed such as mobile phones, laptops, and handbags. These individuals will target any kind of valuables for a quick sale and will not hesitate in causing damage to your vehicle.
