Last night (02/04/25), we had numerous reports of attempted burglary. 

We urge you to make sure all windows and doors are locked overnight, as well as vehicles. These offenders seem to be opportunists, they are not forcing entry, just hoping to find something left unlocked. 

If you have any CCTV in relation to these crimes, please contact us. If you discover your home / vehicle has been broken into, or CCTV reveals someone trying your door handles, please report it via 101 or https://www.gmp.police.uk/.
