Parking Information for Residents

Anyone is allowed to park on public roads so long as the vehicle parked is tax and insured and not causing any obstructions.

Please refer to The Highway Code for further guidance. 

Parking outside a neighbour’s house in itself does not constitute an obstruction,

unless there is specific approved reserved or allocated parking space for residents.

Residents should not be placing items such as bins and unauthorized no parking cones on the highway.
