Dear residents, 

There have been a number of lock-snap burglaries in Holyrood and across the wider Prestwich area in recent weeks. We are well and truly into the festive period and with this usually comes an increase in the number of burglaries and thefts of motor vehicle. 

I am asking residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
