🚨  Neighbourhood Update 🚨

Town centre officers were out and about in the town centre on Tuesday 17th September utilising plain clothes. 

Officers engaged with several shop staff throughout their tour of duty and liaised with security.

The element of surprise helped when we were notified by security of suspicious behaviour by certain individuals.

1 x male subject to a search which turned out to be negative. However, he soon left the town centre. 

1 x male subject to search and it was established that he was WANTED for Theft! 

1 x male subject to a search and again it was established that he was also WANTED for attempt burglary in a neighbouring force! 

Town centre team want you to know that we are there, out and about using both uniform and plain clothes tactics and will continue to bring offenders to justice to keep people of Bury safe!
