Wythenshawe Neighbourhood Team were out today conducting a traffic operation in #Baguley and #Northenden targeting the #fatal4. 

During the course of the operation over 40 vehicles were stopped, checks completed and advice given. Officers also issued 8 Traffic Offences Reports (TORs), covering the #fatal4, 3 for drivers using their mobile, 3 for drivers not wearing seat belts and 2 for no insurance, 1 vehicle was also seized for no insurance and 1 driver issued a Vehicle Defect Rectification Scheme notice for a defective windscreen. We hope that you all enjoy the lovely Easter bank holiday but remind drivers to drive within the law, using a mobile phone not only puts the driver at risk but all other road users.
